Who am I?
My name is Gabriella Chernak (she/her/hers), but you can call me Gabbi, Gabs, or Gab.
I am a friend, sister, adventurer, yoga teacher and student, writer, personal trainer, massage therapist, reader, and kids tennis instructor.
I was raised in Arizona and absolutely love all things desert. Currently living nomadically with a base in San Diego, California.
Why am I here?
I recognize that yoga and wellness are vulnerable spaces that are inaccessible to a large majority of people. It is my goal as an instructor and student to create warm and welcoming environments where everyone feels seen. Spaces where we feel safe to transform and where we can build a kinder, gentler, and more honest world.
